How much Pure New Zealand C60 should I take? What is the recommended usage?


Dosage / Usage Protocol

Some customers have found it beneficial to do a loading protocol for 10 days and then settle at a maintenance dose. However for those more sensitive it may be better to start directly with the maintenance protocol.

Loading Protocol (for 10 days then go to maintenance dose)

Up to 64kg (140lbs): 10ml per day

65 – 99kg (140lbs – 220lbs): 15ml per day

100+ kg (220lbs): 20ml per day

Maintenance Dose

Up to 65kg (140lbs): 3ml – 5ml per day

65 – 99kg (140lbs – 220lbs): 4ml – 8ml per day

100+ kg (220lbs): 7ml – 10ml per day

A teaspoon is 5ml, a tablespoon is 15ml.

Can be taken with or without food.

Can be taken at one time or spread throughout the day.




Can my pets take Pure New Zealand C60?


Most of the scientific studies done using C60 have been done on animals with excellent results.




Can I use Pure New Zealand C60 on my skin?


Yes, olive oil in of itself is wonderful for the skin. See Info on C60 for links to studies.




What is the shelf life of Pure New Zealand C60?


Extra virgin olive oil is used best before 2 years after pressing. An interesting anecdotal side note, the scientists from the original rat study that prolonged life by 90% tested the olive oil from the begining of the study at the end of the study and found it to still be fresh and void of oxidation after 4 years.




What is my order status?


Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package from our warehouse directly to your door. You can check the status of your order at any time in website link for checking the shipping progress of your order.




What is your return policy?


Returns are accepted within 90 days of you receiving the product, if they are not opened, and in the original condition you received them. You will need to arrange and pay for the shipping of the product return. Submit a return request and include your order number to start the process. Please do not return products without confirmation from us. Once your request is confirmed and product received, you will receive your refund minus shipping costs if there were any. If a product is damaged or defective in any way, it needs to be returned for assessment. Please fill in a RMA form (return merchandise authorization). We will replace any damaged or defective product. You will need to arrange and pay for the shipping of the product return, but we will replace the defective or damaged product at no cost including covering the shipping cost to send you the replacement product. Please do not return products without confirmation from us.




Do I have to pay duties and taxes when my order arrives in my country?


Pure New Zealand C60 Ltd has no control over customs policies and charges, which can vary from country to country. You are responsible for paying any duties/tariffs/taxes that are imposed by your country once the goods arrive in your country. Some countries charge no customs/duty if the package value is below a certain value. For further information, we recommend you contact your local customs office.




How long should my order take to arrive?


The expected shipping times are: New Zealand Free shipping: 2 - 3 working days. NZ Express shipping 1 working day. Australia and International Free Shipping: 3 – 10 working days. Australia and International Express Shipping 2 – 6 working days. You can use your tracking number and website link for tracking, received in your purchase confirmation, to track your order.




My tracking information shows as delivered but I do not have my package, what should I do?


Please contact your local carrier to see if a parcel has been left for you. In certain cases, a parcel will be left with a local carrier's office if the recipient is not available for delivery. In most cases, however, the parcel may be misdelivered to a neighbor or nearby address and just needs a little extra time to find its way into the right hands. If you have not been able to locate the parcel, please email our support email address in your order confirmation email and we will assist with finding your delivery.
